Today, as most other Wednesdays, I began my day with watching The Tyra Banks Show. Tyra has some pretty great guests on her show. Today she had author Narine Nikogosian- author of Return to Beauty". I suggest everyone pick up this book, it is GREAT! It is full of home remedies for skin, hair, nails, and beauty. Everything can be made from stuff you find around the kitchen and it's all really easy. There are toners, cleansers, spot treatments, and moisturizers.

Another good book is Beauty Confidential by Nadine Haobsh. This book has beauty tips and advice with actual brand names, websites, and price ranges.

Tonight I'm going to be making a bunch of these beauty recipes, I'll let you know how all of this goes :)
