If You Have to Cry, Go Outside

I've just completed Kelly Cutrone's first book If You Have to Cry, Go Outside (and other things you mother never told you).

If you know anything about Kelly, she's super mean, super scary and super honest (as seen on The Hills and The City)! Most people in the industry are terrified of her, but her book showed a different side of Ms. Cutrone. Like she's actually a very nice person?! And protective of her employees. And a boarder-line feminist... Well that's not exactly true, but it's pretty darn close. Her book is all about women (and gay men) and empowering yourself and being who you want to be instead of who the world or your parents want you to be.

I'm recommending this book to all my girlie friends out there. It's hilarious, and a good read, and just like Kelly- to the point! It's brass, but straightforward like Kelly herself, but it's actually a very very good book.

Her next book comes out Spring 2011... just sayin

xoxo
